You will also be required to research and understand current and future technologies and input to the technical direction of web application development.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ASP.NET (C#), SQL Server, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX Experience of Silverlight, SharePoint, BizTalk, SQL Reporting Services, IIS, networking and related languages such as Perl, PHP and Flash is advantageous Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs Effectively employs many different database design techniques Designs and codes superior technical solutions Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures Creates well designed, reusable objects Understands browser specific compatibility issues Experience in agile environment This role involves customer contact, so excellent communication skills are a must.
In addition, this role requires overtime, sometimes at short notice, to meet deadlines.
