Description You will have strong knowledge of the Web standards concepts, Usability, accessibility and knowledge of or experience with screen readers & other assistive technology.

The applicant will be involved within the full development life cycle of projects including design, implementation, deployment, documentation and support.
As the Lead Developer they will be expected to have a hands on approach to projects within the team suggesting best development practices and overseeing work carried out by other members of the team.
Position Function Responsibilities The Senior Developer is responsible for developing all Company products in line with Company quality standards.
System planning and client communications to identify and fulfil needs.
The role is also responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members of the Development team.
