Key Accountabilities Lighting and texturing To create photo-realistic scenes for the products To render hi res stills and create animated and composited sequences To photograph appropriate texture maps To aid the development of our processes To assist in the evaluation of new software To share existing knowledge with the team To run projects from brief to delivery ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brand.
To keep CGI director team leader, studio manager and producers aware of project status and highlighting in advance any potential issues arising.
Monitor development and identify training and development needs for their DRs Review and manage the progress of their DRs to ensure their skills are best utilised on upcoming projects other to best represent the company to their customers and suppliers to be responsible and accountable for the company s quality standards and delivery of work to brief and on budget.
to ensure compliance with their ISO standards to participate in the company s procedures and training plans in order to maintain a good standard of work and improve personal skill levels to maximise own ability to produce quality work, on time, and to brief, utilising best skills and available.
