All charges quoted by us are exclusive of VAT and the Customer or Subscriber shall be required to pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on us on charges for supplies or services made by us. All sums of money that are due for any supplies or services provided by us must be paid to us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding beyond the date on which they are due for payment until the date of payment at a rate of 3% above HSBC bank rate.
The suspension or termination of your right to use the site or business information provided, or obtained from us by any means, is at our sole discretion and shall not affect our rights and remedies under the terms of this agreement.
